The Senior Digital Advertising Analyst is responsible for supporting all aspects of paid search or paid social campaigns from strategy development, implementation, optimization, reporting and analysis. You're responsible for supporting the day-to-day management of paid search campaigns (PPC, pay per click), banner advertisement service offerings on multiple channels including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. You are a self-starter who can manage all detailed aspects of a client's campaign activities. You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in online marketing with a heavy focus on paid search or paid social management across multiple channels. You should possess a great depth of tactical knowledge in digital advertising services. Responsibilities + Research and develop digital advertising campaign strategies and plans for our clients, paid search or paid social + Conduct keyword research utilizing a variety of tools to uncover opportunities for optimization + Continuously optimize platforms, campaigns, keywords, ad copy and landing pages to meet/exceed ROI goals + Facilitate the management and growth of digital advertising accounts. + Analyze and report on digital advertising campaign results and present to client by documented reports and presentations. + Develop and maintain understanding of marketplace dynamics and key players, and communicate to internal and external customers. + Lead trainings to 1) develop new talent 2) advance practice to new topics in industry and 3) reinforce WH SEM best practices to team. + Deliver amazing client experiences consistent with WH culture and values. Skills and Attributes: + Experience in the application of paid search and/or paid social marketing practices. + Experienced with keyword/audience research, campaign construction, daily optimization, test plan construction, and in-depth analysis is required. + Experienced in creating and presenting campaign reports including ROI, conversion rates, etc. + Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially in Microsoft Excel. + Google Ads and BingAds Certified preferred. + Marin, Kenshoo, or Doubleclick experience is a plus. + Experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or SQL is a plus. + 2+ years of working experience in digital advertising (paid search or paid social preferred) operations with an understanding of web analytics.
