This is what you do:



+ Operate infrastructure asset and relationship scanning tools


+ Be well familiar with our global IT environment (on premise and cloud) and ensure all infrastructure assets are fully scanned on a regular basis


+ Trouble shoot technical scanning issues with our scanning tools, this includes close collaboration with the scanning tool vendors as needed


+ Trouble shoot scanning issues with the assets to be scanned, this includes close collaboration with all stakeholders owning assets and managing their access


+ Manage CMDB interfaces


+ Maintain and improve all input and output interfaces of the CMDB


+ Ensure data input is highly automated and seamless


+ Ensure all systems and stakeholders are getting the data they need


+ Collaborate closely with all stakeholders relevant for delivering data or receiving/requesting data




+ Continuous improvement


+ Work closely with the process team and developers, to improve and automate the SACM process and to improve the data quality of the CMDB


+ Identify and integrate further trustworthy sources to improve quality of asset data and their relationships to support a highly automated asset management and service tree mapping in the CMDB


+ Stay up to date about the latest trends about your area of responsibility and drive innovation


+ Support IT Service Management organization in fulfilling their overall business goals







This is who you are:



+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent combined education and experience


+ 5 years professional work experience


+ 2 years professional experience in administrating an infrastructure asset scanning tool or data center discovery tool and developing or maintaining state of the art APIs


+ Expert in at least one state of the art programming language


+ Basic MS Windows Server & Linux server, networking and cloud skills


+ Strong knowledge on Office 365 Tools and organizational and planning skills


+ Ability to travel national and international (5-10%)
