Translate technical requirements of opportunities for dispensing Henkel adhesives on key applications into actionable deliverables.
Required to partner with internal and industry experts on dispense technologies and process monitoring capabilities, including IOT/Smart Factory.
Work with adhesives product development to develop complementary equipment solutions as a total solution application.
Engage customers on daily basis and identify new equipment opportunities, then arrange the resource to drive the business
Managing the projects, review and alignment with the team and track the team actions and provide customer and application insights and work with the team to develop the strategic innovation plan
Bachelor of Engineering in a technical or business discipline 5+ years of technical or technical sales experience and experience direct working with major key accounts Profound technical knowledge in Dispensing Technology or adhesive application is preferred Experience in Smart Factory/IOT/Big Data Previous management or cross-functional team leadership experience desiredHenkel is an equal opportunity employer.
