An excellent career opportunity is currently available as the Senior Finance Director, ISC, in the Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) business located in Houston, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the ISC transformation set forth across Honeywell. We are looking for a Finance executive with a strong track record of finance operations roles, manufacturing finance experience, and leadership roles with full P&L coverage.

Drive the execution of the Global ISC Transformation Strategy across HPS, including
Material Cost Performance:
Freight and Distribution:
Lead and Develop:
o Develop 7 finance leaders, and develop 2 ready now heir apparents for GBE CFO roles
o Manage global team of ~55 finance leaders across the HPS SC business
Run the Play:
Develop and implement strategic and transformative initiatives across ISC finance and supply chain to accelerate the pace and impact of these critical objectives.
Leads plant planning and forecasting process including development and implementation of the monthly forecasts, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan (STRAP) and support HOS advancement.
Responsible to ensure HPS manufacturing plants controls and processes adhere to US GAAP, including period closure, balance sheet account reconciliation, fluctuation analysis, manufacturing cost variance analysis, proper product costing, and PP&E accounting.
This position will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of a strong internal controls environment to ensure compliance with Honeywell Corporate Policy and Sarbanes-Oxley while providing guidance to the plant on processes and policy. This will include oversight of quarterly schedules including account reconciliation scorecard, site representation letter, internal controls scorecard, and maintenance of the site schedule of executive approvals (SEA).
Provide financial guidance to the plant leadership team and ISC leadership through financial metrics reporting, capital investment economic analysis, productivity analysis, and manufacturing cost analysis.
