Growing manufacturing company in San Jose is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. The candidate will be leading the full FP&A function. Candidate must be able to manage the company's financial monthly forecasting, annual budgeting processes, and variance analysis. This candidate will also be doing special projects as well. Candidate will prepare financial statements, financial preparations, and analyze new business opportunities. Candidate must have experience with month end closing, along with analyzing after closing. Candidate will be reporting directly to the CFO and work closely with the Controller of the company. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power Point is required. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. CPA and MBA highly preferred, not required. Must have manufacturing industry experience.

•Analyze Revenue, COGS, Expenses, and Balance Sheets
•Highlight trends and analyze variances, assist in analyzing performance indicators
•Full FP&A function

•Assist in Ad-Hoc projects when necessary
•Evaluate and analyze cash flow projections
•Be able to manage the Financial Statements, Monthly Financial Reports, and Monthly reconciliation.
•Budget tracking from Forecast vs Actual
•Sales and Property tax preparations
•Develop financial models and analyses
•Be able to communicate and recommend in-depth analysis
•Do all Accounting functions when necessary
•Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
•5+ years experience in Accounting and Finance
•Manufacturing industry experience required
•MBA / CPA highly preferred
•Must have experience in Budgeting, Forecasting, full FP&A, Variance Analysis
•Must have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
