Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Accounting and Finance Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Financial Analyst for their ABS Operations group.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Asset Backed Securitization (ABS) funding program, including identifying and selecting assets for inclusion in ABS deals, as well as calculating, disbursing, and reporting on monthly ABS debt payments. The department also acts as primary point of contact representing TMCC during audit engagements evaluating TMCC’s regulatory and contractual compliance on ABS transactions.
Reporting to the ABS Operations Manager, the person in this role will work closely with the Service Operations department to investigate and resolve unusual activity in the consumer asset portfolio. The SFA will also work with internal and external auditors during compliance audit engagements.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparation and issuance of monthly servicer certificates to ABS investors. Verify that assets are serviced in accordance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Collaborate with Treasury’s secured funding group on new ABS transactions. Execute liquidation procedures on ABS transactions at end of transaction term
During regulatory and contractual compliance audits, provide documentation for testing purposes. Collaborate with other TFS departments to investigate unusual servicing activity
Oversee setup and change management of ABS Suite securitization platform, TMCC loan and lease servicing systems, treasury management systems to ensure accurate booking and servicing of ABS transactions
Partner with external departments closely associated with the ABS program to provide guidance on controls and process improvements
What you bring
- Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS] or higher
- Audit/assurance experience with Big 4 or National CPA firm
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Added bonus if you have
- CPA preferred
Experience with SQL and Visio preferred
