The Asset Liability Management Finance (ALM Finance) team is seeking a results oriented, accountable and highly dependable candidate for an exciting and challenging Planning & Analysis Specialist opportunity on the General Account Finance team.
The successful candidate chosen for this position will have ownership of the impairment, reporting and analysis and forecasting functions along with the presentation of analysis to key constituents for the PGIM Real Estate Finance managed portfolio. The incumbent will have some responsibilities for the PGIM Real Estate managed portfolio as well. The analysis is primarily focused on understanding key drivers impacting impairments, investment income and invested asset balances. The incumbent will have the opportunity to expand his/her skill set in a broad array of accounting and financial reporting areas that currently support PFI's General Account.
The ideal candidate will be energetic, offer new perspectives, seek to make continual improvements in process and analysis and remain flexible when faced with shifting priorities.
Headquartered in Newark, NJ, the General Account Finance team is responsible for all impairment assessments, accounting, financial reporting and analysis and forecasting for the General Account assets managed by PGIM. This is a great opportunity with significant interactions and dependencies including PGIM REF business partners, Prudential Asset Resources, Finance Shared Services, Accounting Policy and various other PGIM and Corporate teams.
Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance, CPA a plus
