Senior HR Business Partner
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will
build trusted advisor relationships with all levels of management across
assigned client groups; partner with client business units to apply HR
management principles and knowledge to establish rapport, trust, confidence and
credibility with management and employees.
Provide global, strategic guidance on peopleand organizational issues: Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Managementand HR Strategic initiatives
Pro-actively translates business needs into HRsolutions
Lead and support the execution of HR Programs,Tools (HRIS and systems), Metrics and Analytics within sub-groups of theProduct Development organization.
Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigationsin support of corporate ethics and values
Participate in company-wide programs andinitiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizationalchange, performance management, and training assessment).
10 years of Human Resources experience.
Background reflecting strong tenure and careerprogression within a complex, global organization.
Strong Project Management Skills and abilityto manage complex projects with multiple stake holders in a fast pacedenvironment.
Ability to tell the story with Data. Experience creating analytics using Excel(advanced spreadsheet skills) in support of HR business initiatives.
Must beself-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.Ability to work independently and be resourceful in finding solutions.
Ability towork in ambiguity.
Experiencewith change management.
Excellentverbal and written communication skills; and, effective problem solvingability.
Ability totravel as required
Experienceworking in large global corporation, High Tech Industry will be a plus

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
