Manage on a local and remote basis.Oversee all sales activities tracked in the program “Configurator” while tracking quotes and work orders.Assist sales representatives and offer outstanding customer service while applying strong product knowledge.Develop, track, and oversee the sales team and coordinate on a regional basis.Mentor and coach the sales team to achieve high success rates.Track expense reports, time off, etc. for the sales team.Senior Manager of Sales and Customer Service Background Profile:Bachelor’s degree is a must.Previous pump industry experience is required. (will also consider turbine)Must have prior sales management experience.
