Senior Manager - Product at IT Trailblazers

Own the roadmap for the company's Product Development and Innovation division
Be involved in strategic planning related to process improvement and resource allocation
Lead a team of product owners and manage day to day deliverables
Participate in Agile development ceremonies daily / weekly
Be the primary product point of contact for the lines of business
Consult with your business partners to turn requirements into actionable solutions
Bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutioning

Key responsibilities include:
Managing deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Team and individual development and training
Consistent agile execution and delivery of roadmap deliverables

What You'll Need
5+ years' experience in product development
Deep understanding of complex sales cycles and customer marketing lifecycle
Business degree with a technology emphasis advanced degree preferred
CSPO certification
Outgoing personality who is comfortable working hands on with business and technology teams
Track record of success delivering value in an Agile development framework
Experience in the banking and lending space would be an added bonus
