Owns Fluke Networks channel sales strategy and execution for North America. Leads coordinated efforts among Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance to to create demand and drive revenue to exceed targets while enhancing company reputation and increasing the reach of our brand. Manages a team of remote Channel Account Managers and reports to the Area Vice President, North America Sales and Support. The ideal candidate has a background in either Operational Technology (OT) or information Technology (IT) and experience with go to market optimization. Has a proven track record of leadership, personal, and professional growth. Is willing to take on increasing challenging assignments and responsibilities. Has a working knowledge of the test and measurement industry. Physical layer data communication experience is a plus. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: •Set North America channel strategy to optimize channel performance. Through a team of Channel Account Managers, the Director of Channel Sales will oversee execution of channel strategy •Build and grow Fluke Networks presence across all key market segments to achieve business objectives and market expansion •Develop and attract top talent •Lead cross departmental efforts to develop channel enablement programs and toolkits •Influence marketing efforts and execution of programs and events to drive channel leads, pipeline, deal registration, deal progression, and e-commerce engagement and growth •Drive adoption of company policy internally and throughout distribution network •Work under minimal supervision with a high level of responsibility to apply general policies and guidelines. Consequences of decisions may adversely affect operating results and management decisions.
