PFP brings a multitude of products and services to your credit union and its membership. We do this in a unique way by building relationships with credit union members through various touch points. Those touch points include branch operations, business development, digital and social media marketing and call center processes. Our products include Life, Disability, Critical Illness and Accident Insurance all aimed at protecting the financial future of each member. In addition to our insurance products, we provide tremendous support through other channels to promote credit union membership, member engagement, and cross sold services to our credit union partners.
Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy and copy writing, creating posts and captions, maintaining various pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Responds to all comments and engages brand advocates and analyzes channels to improve and develop. Some ad development as well.
Create and update all copy/content to boost leads and drive sales (including, but not limited to): monthly policyholder and credit union emails, nurturing, targeted and campaign emails, lobby screens, newsletters, flyers, brochures, infographics, guides, blogs, landing pages and special projects and strategic initiatives.
Champion the digital marketing programs success by acting as liaison between credit union contacts and the PFP marketing department: Build and maintain a friendly relationship between PFP and Credit union marketing department contacts to exchange marketing materials, establish timelines and ensure a successful partnership. Onboard new credit unions including welcome conversation, overview of marketing offerings and outline of expectations. Track and report marketing metrics to credit union contacts and PFP stakeholders.
Assist in program set up and report tracking in Marketo (Marketing Automation System).
Assist in implementation, copy writing and maintenance of companys new text messaging program.
Reporting on email campaigns and marketing initiatives, analyze, evaluate effectiveness and make improvements where necessary.
Work with team members to map out and plan marketing strategy, campaigns and all nurturing programs.

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication with 5-10 years of experience
Copy writing skills are required and a key component
Insurance knowledge or credit union industry experience preferred
Social Media, interactive, web and public relations skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent and professional verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, results driven, team player
Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytical tools/interfaces
Knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems (preferably Marketo)
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful action
Full knowledge of MS office Required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) & Canva
