Acara Solutions is looking for a Senior .NET Software Developer to join its client, a leading medical billing and transportation software company. This is a Direct Hire position that will be joining a fast-paced team developing industry leading software solutions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Participate in agile team activities, including: Story writing, planning, estimation, daily standupsBe involved in design and implementation of projects across product suiteDevelop robust and maintainable solutions in existing and future productsCollaborate with the team to overcome challengesPeer review of teammates' workDiagnose and solve production issuesMentoring junior team members
Required Skills / Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 2-5 years of experience designing and implementing web and desktop based applicationsMin. 2 years' experience with an object-oriented language (preferably C#) and an understanding of design principles and SOLID development practicesMin. 2 years' experience in the design and development of desktop and web applications, including internal and external APIsMin. 2 years' in the design and development of multi-threaded applications and mobile applicationsMin. 2 years' experience in MSSQL querying, tuning and designExperience in an agile environment
Experience with Windows Azure or other cloud platformsExperience in Crystal ReportsExperience creating mobile applications using Xamarin
