**Description**
The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
**Responsibilities**
Humana is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the Digital Health & Analytics (DH&A) team within Humana to build a world class Data Science and Insights enterprise capability leveraging digital-first platforms, analytics, and agile development methodologies.
As a Senior Product Manager in Digital Health & Analytics, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our products amaze and delight our users.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps
+ Creating and Managing backlog
+ Defining, documenting, and communicating outcomes, objectives, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases
+ Collaborating with Engineers and Designers to enable outcomes
+ Communicating development status and documenting progress toward milestones
+ Prioritizing and sequencing product initiatives against a mandate
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree required.
+ 2+ years of consumer-facing product management experience
+ Natural leadership instincts with proven ability to innovate and influence
+ Ability to quickly understand a client needs and domain and identify trends and opportunities in that space
+ Deep user empathy and strong user experience sensibilities
+ Ability to work well with Designers and Engineers in an agile environment
+ An entrepreneurial work style, you're a self-starter
+ Great interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making in a workshop setting
+ Excellent organization skills
+ An analytical and metrics driven work style
+ Prior experience in the health IT domain is desirable
+ Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
