The Cloud Marketing group is looking for a senior marketing campaign lead that can help define and implement a next generation integrated marketing approach. Cloud Marketing is leading the transformation of marketing through Global Engagement Programs that allow us to engage in a more personal way with our customers and partners while driving measured business outcomes. We are looking for an experienced marketer who will be responsible for developing the multi-channel go-to-market strategy and execution plans to drive demand for Microsoft Azure within the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) community This Global Engagement Program (GEP) will drive adoption of Microsoft Azure by engaging and nurturing ISVs and SaaS providers with a range of content that helps to accelerate their decision to build intelligent cloud-connected apps with Azure. Underpinned by new marketing automation tools and data, the GEP connects audience-specific content and programs to actively move customers from unknown to known leads through targeted demand generation, gated content, email nurture, lead scoring and handoff to sales. If you are one of those people with a passion for building integrated campaigns, who can organize and drive groups toward common goals in a productive way, can optimize campaign performance based on campaign metrics, and who is capable and comfortable engaging with execs and individual contributors alike, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for: • Collaborating with other GEP campaign leads, and product and partner marketing peers, to define and prioritize business requirements to develop an end-to-end integrated marketing plan that drives ISVs to build their business using Azure cloud solutions, and grow Microsoft's Azure customer base and cloud consumption. • Crafting and enhancing the marketing strategy for moving ISV prospects through the Azure adoption process by providing relevant content and messaging at each step of the journey, with a multi-touch approach that employs integrated channels such as email, direct channels, social, social media, web, mobile, etc. • Owning execution of the plan to reach, engage and nurture ISVs by partnering with direct, digital, content, events and branding team on the development of the campaign, plan for channel delivery, creative development and production, and measurement of results. • Developing and implementing a new strategy to identify and reengage ISVs that are engaging in other Azure GEPs and marketing programs; and evolving an ISV recruit sales motion across Azure and partner inside sales teams. • Collaborating with field and partner sales and marketing teams to connect our pipeline into relevant partner programs; and develop integrated sales and marketing activities that can be executed across the subsidiaries and ecosystem • Delivering key execution plans, collateral, BOMs, and marketing programs and offers that achieve the GEP KPIs and business outcomes. • Monitoring, interpreting, and reporting campaign performance, and providing strategic direction and guidance based on analysis of results • Serving as the internal and external champion for the ISV audience and related Azure and Microsoft partner hero offerings **Qualifications** • Strong integrated marketing skills with experience managing global marketing programs and campaigns • Ability to distill complex business and technology strategies to compelling messaging across various marketing materials across variety of audiences • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into actionable campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives • Self-starter with drive to succeed in a quickly changing business environment • Strong time and project management skills with proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously • Outstanding cross-group collaboration, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, problem solving and executive presentation skills are required • Comfort with high levels of ambiguity and proven ability to have impact & influence • Experience in a business group, field or marketing role • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience of 10+ years marketing experience Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
