Senior Product Marketing Manager at QuantalRF

Job Description

In this position, you will be joining the successful and energetic management team at QuantalRF and you will be reporting directly to our CEO. You will be the Marketing leader, responsible for building up and managing the expansive market QuantalRF is entering in the WiFi-6/6E, 5G UHB and mmWave.

The scope of responsibilities includes, technical product marketing, business case generation, pricing and marketing strategy of our IP and IC offerings.

In this role you will have a close collaboration with our CEO/CTO, VP of Engineering, as well as a close communication with the engineering team to understand the key added value of our products.  

Job Responsibilities

• Development of Company's Marketing strategy and business plan
• Analysis of market segments and trends, inputs to the company’s overall R&D strategy and roadmap.  Ensuring our product offerings are competitive and gain market penetration growth
• Drive product support documentation and datasheets as well as leading demonstration activities during the presale phase for customers
• Interface with customers to determine their systems level needs, and align customer requirements with our solutions
• Together with our CEO, manage marketing and business development activities
• Drive customer engagements, technology evaluation, negotiation, and design win process

Required Competencies

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related engineering field, MBA preferred
• 10 years of experience in the RFIC semiconductor market
• Experience in driving product marketing in RF markets (Cellular, Wi-Fi, IoT)
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, expansive, and dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Prior experience in working with fast growing startups
• Willing to travel ~25% of the time
