The Senior Provider Relationship Manager is responsible for overall relationship management for McDonald's Global Technology’s portfolio of providers. They own the implementation of provider strategy and cultivate the delivery of VMO’s value and efficiency globally within McDonald’s. In this key role, they liaise and collaborate with Global Technology and other business units and partner teams, McDonald’s senior management, owner operators and our providers. You will work closely with various departments and teams and act as advocates in representing McDonald’s objectives in any contract negotiations. You will establish and optimize new and existing provider relationships to ensure the successful delivery of Global Technology’s initiatives.
