Sr. Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle including sourcing for talent via internal and external sources, posting open requisitions, attending career screening candidate resumes, conducting initial interview process with candidates, initiating assessments, and extending offers. The Recruiter will also work with staffing firms, local networking groups, and universities to develop candidate relationships. The Recruiter will focus on staffing positions in the senior to management level and will need to have the ability to communicate effectively with them.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years corporate recruiting experience preferably for positions within the government industry, a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, prior experience working with an applicant tracking system and intermediate to advanced Excel.
