About the Job:
We are currently seeking a Therapist to join us in our Seniors department! Bilingual capabilities in Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean or Russian strongly preferred. This is a full-time salaried position starting at $54,000 annually. The Therapist provides a variety of psycho therapies to assigned clients based on their privileging. They Document and bill for appropriate services in compliance with company policies and procedures, and coordinate treatment with internal and external treatment team members.
Essential Functions:

Provides individual, group, and/or family therapy based on their privileging

Provides services in conformance with the Recovery Model

Responsible for the timely development/submission of the ITP in the EMR and all subsequent reviews per policy and procedure

Responsible for ensuring that all case documentation is complete and timely in the EMR and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Meets or exceeds service outcomes including but not limited to: productivity standards, client satisfaction and no show/cancellation rates as set by the Director

Check work e-mail according to agency protocol

Participate in and complete all required trainings

Other duties as assigned
About you:

Must posses a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field of study

Must have at least one year of related clinical experience with both individual and group psychotherapy. Two years of post-graduate relevant experience preferred.

Must posses and maintain current licensure in the State of Maryland (ie: LGSW/LGPC/LCSW-C/LCPC).

Must have own car with current auto insurance and no more than two points on driving record.
- Must be able to occasionally move/lift up to 10 pounds.
