Service Coordinator/ Dispatcher Responsibilities
- Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls and record significant information
- Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
- Receiving and dispatching orders for services
- Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
- Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information as required
- MS Office suite capabilities , specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Fast typing with experience in data entry
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with competing priorities on a daily basis.
