- Manage inbound phone calls and generate technical support tickets.
- Be able to resolve basic technical issues in a timely manner.
- Have the ability to convey technical issues to non-technical personel.
- 1 year IT Support experience of AS degree in IT, Computer Science, or related Field.
- Prior experience providing phone support to nontechnical end users.
- Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, and basic network troubleshooting.
