Responsible for acquiring operating, sales and customer relations / customer service experience necessary for integration into the business. Completes Leadership Development Program through rotational assignments. Gains the broadest possible leadership development experience through reading material, observation, hands- on job performance, participation in meetings and successful completion of training assignments.
•Completes required paperwork, training, and assignments as needed to satisfy Leadership Development Program requirements.
•Successfully completes federal, state, local, and company required training programs within prescribed time limits for proper licensing and certification.
•Maintains knowledge of technical data concerning product uses and their application.
•Maintains knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding pest control.
•Provides service to customers; applies company products to customer structures according to work order specifications, safety regulations, company guidelines, and label instructions.
•Contacts customer to confirm scheduled service, follows company protocol, assists in sales to current customers and actively generates sales leads.
•Receives and places telephone sales calls with the assistance of a computerized system, screens, and scripts.
•Answers inquiries, resolves problems, promotes and sells products/services, and/or enters or confirms sales.
•Gains product knowledge through the application and use of company products, gains sales knowledge and application of sales techniques, gains face to face and phone customer service experience, and performs weekly reflection & feedback of rotation/program assignments.
•College degree; GPA 2.75 or above
•Acceptance into the business unit Leadership Development Program
•College graduate and 1 – 2 years work experience preferred
•Prior service industry work / internship experience preferred
•Ability to earn and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, & local regulations.
•Maintains valid driver’s license.
•Ability to maintain flexible work schedule
•Ability to travel and/or relocate
•Quality interpersonal skills for successful interaction with trainers, mentors, and management
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively prepare and present information
•Ability to efficiently manage time such that assignments, goals, and objectives are met
•Aptitude for front line supervisory positions and operations management
•Ability to take responsibility for decisions and actions
•Ability to lead and motivate others

•Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
•Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers, phones and etc.
•Fingering and Repetitive motions; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
•Express or exchange ideas with others through the use of spoken word, quickly, accurately, and at an easily audible volume, and receive detailed information through oral communication at usual speaking levels without correction, and/or make fine discriminations in the nature of sounds in the environment.
Incumbent is required to have:
•Close visual acuity to perform detail oriented activities at distances close to the eyes, as well as visual acuity to perform activities at or within arm’s reach with skill, control, and accuracy, such as preparing and analyzing data, viewing computer screen and expansive reading.
Incumbent will be subject to:
•Inside working conditions: The change of building environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
