SHARED CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE

Learn the latest customer service techniques answering incoming calls and providing support to only inbound customers. You will be shared between a set number of projects taking only inbound service request. Some sales will be required but customer service is the main priority.

WHAT DOES A SHARED CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE DO?
As a shared role, you are responsible for making each customers’ day. Understand their needs and provide a proper solution in a timely manner. Learn new systems and technology to accurately manage our clients’ accounts. Practice your new customer service techniques with every interaction.
Our Shared Call Center Representatives are responsible for the following tasks:
- Respond to inbound customer service & sales requests
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Improve our partners reputation with customers
- Learn new systems and customer service techniques
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary
- Increase first contact resolutions without escalation

Experience in customer care, sales, or phone-based roles is a plus but not required.
Other Shared Call Center Representative Qualifications Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent; College Students, Interns, and recent College Graduates are welcome
- Ability to learn contact center applications
- Must be proficient with basic PC skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly reliable
- Minimum 18 years of age
Experienced and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in retail, bartending, receptionist roles, phone jobs, sales, purchasing, hospitality, collections, customer service, food service, or office/administrative roles is preferred, but not required since we train all new employees for the job.
