A DiBella’s Subs Shift Manager will support the Manager on duty by taking charge of the crew members.
Responsibilities will include
-Customer service, including serving guests and handling customer complaints
-Managing sales numbers and forecasting sales
-Cleaning work area
-Delegating tasks to the crew.
Shift Manager Qualifications
-Available to work nights and weekends
-Outgoing and energetic personality
- Must be able to work well with others; guests and employees
-Must be able to multi-task in a high energy environment
-Must have the ability to troubleshoot and make decisions independently
-Must be able to tolerate standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting frequently along with lifting up to 50 lbs.
-Must be at least 18 years
-Must pass a background check
