Laser scan parcels as required and to process domestic paperwork to facilitate ship notification. Prepare Bills of Lading for International shipments. Prepare Shipper Export Declaration (SED) for shipments over $2500.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•Generate daily backorder report
•Ships pick orders from BOSS system on daily basis.
•Ensure at day end all orders for Item type 1 with same day due date are processed
•Monitor and inform when to replenish shipping supplies, e.g., shipper boxes, pallets, tapes and others.
•Coordinate PTO with peers and avoid multiple team members on PTO same period.
•Coordinate bulk shipment pick up with freight companies.
•Meet function and quality department procedure requirements.
•Resolve, escalate issues with customers order incomplete.
•Prepare commercial invoices for international outbound shipments.
•Prepare bulk packages shipments
•Performs other tasks within the work area, as instructed by the Supervisor or Designee.

•Must be able to routinely and consistently handle 50 lbs. in accordance with safe lifting techniques, i.e., should be maneuvered safely by requesting assistance from another employee, or by use of a hand truck or by use of a pallet jack, or by use of a forklift (driven by a trained operator).
•Knowledge of Personal Computer operations and Zimmer Order entry and Inventory Systems. Analytical ability coupled with clerical speed and accuracy required.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
