Shipping Receiving Associate for Plastic Injection Molding Company
Entry Level Position or Semi Experienced
Fork Lift experience-Loading, unloading trucks
Computer experience- Word, Excel, email
Help coordinate, execute and finish the process for incoming and outgoing shipments

Some Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Follow all safety procedures and processes
• Load and unload Trucks using pallet jacks, electric jacks and sit down fork lifts
• Assemble or unpack, address, stamp, verify both incoming and outgoing shipments and/or material.
• Record and process any and all paperwork that may go along with incoming or outgoing shipments or material
• Arrange appropriate transportation of products
• Assist customers with shipping inquiries or concerns
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
• Able to enter UPS world ship or Fed Ex
• Able to master HQC’s shipping programs
• Computer skills, such as word programs and email are essential
• Take accurate and complete counts for inventory
• Accomplish each project detailed and accurately
• You will most likely have to work and help in other departments, so being flexible to learn other jobs is key
• Physically able to push, pull, walk, stand, lift, as this position is a physical job
• Keep warehouse neat and clean 
• Keep loading docks free of debris, snow and ice (so may have to work outside sometimes)

Qualifications (but not limited to):

• Must have and keep a valid IL Drivers License and have a very good driving record
• Safety is number one We don’t want you to hurt yourself or someone else because you are being unsafe. Following all safety rules according to HQC, OSHA and the state of IL
• Must be able to follow all the guidelines, dress codes, procedures and policies of HQC
• Able to work in hotter areas in the summer and colder areas in the winter (the warehouse is air conditioned and heated, but you will be exposed to harsher conditions)
• Able to complete training packet and keep all training requirements up to date
• Be able to drive a small box truck (No CDL required)
• Previous experience in shipping, logistics or other related fields very helpful
• Ability to handle a physical workload
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to thrive in a fast p-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to work unsupervised
• Able to speak, read, write and understand English
• Able to work weekends when needed
• Able to work overtime if needed
• Have a very good stable work history
• Have very good attendance practices
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
