As InsideView's SMB Account Manager, based out of either our Austin office or San Francisco HQ, your mission will be to seek out opportunities with companies to deliver InsideView's compelling value proposition and build strategic alliances with these new and existing corporate accounts in North America. You will connect with key decision makers and educate them on the solutions that InsideView can offer their organizations. Your primary focus will be to navigate small to medium sized organizations with a long-term focus to sell the portfolio, not just a single product. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of various business models, including how to maintain and grow existing business. Bring your proven sales experience within the SaaS segment to this highly visible and highly rewarding role where you will be able to capitalize on your proven best practices, savvy presentation skills, and ability to work autonomously while developing a viable strategic account plan designed to support these key end-user clients.
Your self-guided nature and interest in charting your own course while keeping overall goals in mind and effectively hitting your set quota and related metrics will be critical to your success. To be credible in this role requires your overriding customer service orientation, professional demeanor, and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities within your accounts. Additionally, your ability to comfortably and consultatively interact with and sell to the C-suite, stakeholders, and other end-clients will be critical. Prior experience effectively using a CRM, as well as other data mining services and sites will help you hit the ground running.
