Create, develop, and manage the digital media content for Conn-Selmer websites and social media platforms across all brands, products, and services.
Maintain and execute a consistent look, feel, and message throughout all digital media channels.
Curate, create, and edit all digital media content for the company’s websites and social media platforms.
Build and execute a strong web and social media presence that aligns with the company’s brand style and guidelines.
Collaborate with multiple departments to coordinate creative strategies and manage tangible solutions to maximize the company’s SEO, customer journey, and community experience online.
Ensure projects for web content and/or creating, scheduling, and posting to social media are managed and fully executed on time.
Meet regularly with the Director of Communication and Brand Category Managers to coordinate digital media strategies and implement all web and social media content.
Highly organized to ensure all web-based content is archived for future needs or reference.
Plan and direct paid search and social campaigns and analyze the performance of those campaigns
Analyze, track, and report on all web and social media metrics.
Manage users, upload assets, and maintain authorizations for the company’s Digital Asset Management tools.
Work with the Director of Communication to select and/or manage vendors, freelancers, agencies to ensure quality and achieve creative objectives.
Stay current with emerging digital media technologies and best practices through research, blogs, and events.
Knowledge of copyright and data protection.
Bachelor degree in graphic design, digital art, creative art, marketing, or similar field; 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital, multimedia, social networking, etc.Experience playing a musical instrument and/or in the music industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Adobe CS programs (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Proficiency with social media and website pages, as well as any emerging relevant platforms.
Experience with use of HTML and popular content management systems.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as well as excellent proofreading skills.
Knowledge of production and editing of photography, videography, and recording.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to identify and remove obstacles and adjust workload to accommodate changing business needs.
Self-motivated, energetic, passion, and integrity with ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams to build consensus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Ability to remain in a sedentary position for extended lengths of time
Ability to travel 10% - 15% independently
