Software Business Development Representative
To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter and have the ability to establish unique resources. An effective CRM plan is required and will increase user engagement via work-flow emails, auto responders and direct call campaigns. The position also requires strategies that will encourage current users to engage their account. As the Software Business Development Representative, you will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to create and oversee ongoing outreach campaigns to grow the database, as well as being supporting high demand clients in the entertainment industry and you must be able to think quickly on your feet to provide creative solutions.
Associates degree required.
3 - 5 years of experience, prefer SaaS with an advertising / production / entertainment company.
MAC centric they don’t use PC’s, must be computer savvy and able to adapt quickly.
At ease with Mac OSX, Google Docs, Microsoft Suite, Excel file management
Knowledge of e-marketing suites such as OutMarket, Vocus, Mail Chimp, iContact and Outreach.
Familiar with various CRM systems, SaaS system sales, online platform or service sales.
Social media management experience including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
