Better requires process discipline and simplification
We’ll look to you to be responsible for being the face of technology to key stakeholders, for planning and management of strategic initiatives and to stay current with latest technology products and services. You’ll provide input to Technology planning activities based on initiatives, technology strategies and roadmap. You will mine and analyze data from enterprise data-sets/databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and customer satisfaction. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. You will also use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
For such a detail-driven role, you’ll have a minimum of 8+ years of professional experience and excellent understanding of computer science fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, OOPs, and OOA/D. You will have a solid understanding of how technology solutions support the business requirements and how the solutions need to be developed, deployed and supported. You’ll have knowledge and experience in statistical/data mining techniques such as text mining, social network analysis, etc as well as experience querying databases and data sets leveraging Python, SQL, T SQL, etc. You’ll have hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, XML, Web technologies, Web Service and experience with Agile development methodologies with Test Driven Development (TDD) and CI (Continuous Integration)/CD (Continuous Delivery).
