Scope of Position:
Join the Software Product Management Team that has responsibility for the Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 product and will work closely with the platform leader, fellow product managers, and engineering resources across multiple locations.
The role requires a strong emphasis on Cloud, Software-as-a-Service, and Web Technology knowledge.
The role will work to ensure successful evolution of Rockwell Automation’s Studio 5000 to a system approach for customers.
Ability to design customer-centric experiences throughout the customer decision journey
Ability to deeply understand market trends, partner ecosystems, and competitive strategies
Ability to go deep on technology trends, architectural questions, roadmaps, and managing development lifecycle
Ability to lead teams, communicate with diverse groups, and influence change throughout organization

Ability to convert voice-of-the-customer input and business needs into detailed product requirements and manage those through an agile development process.

Recognized by management and peers as an advisor on issues beyond assigned product line(s) and current business practices. This would include, but not limited to, a strong understanding of Rockwell Automation technologies and their application.
Comfort with business strategy, portfolio prioritization, go to market, pricing, and tracking key performance indicators and financial metrics
