As a SOLIDWORKS Product Portfolio Management Intern, you will work on a combination of engineering and business projects at the intersection of the mechanical and electrical design worlds. SOLIDWORKS products now serve both of these areas.
This is a paid internship January - June, based in Dassault Systèmes North American Headquarters at 175 Wyman Street, Waltham, Massachusetts. We can tailor your work schedule to fit around your classes.

What will your role be?
Your activities will include a variety to activities including the following:
Learning about SOLIDWORKS Electrical products and build electrical-mechanical models
Performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel
Creating PowerPoints, videos, web site editing, and other materials to help drive SOLIDWORKS product adoption
Working and learning from professionals in software RD, QA, product management and other areas
Helping to develop strategies for reaching engineering students with new software
Learning about the latest 3DEXPERIENCE products from SOLIDWORKS, and how these can boost product team productivity.
Pursuing various SOLIDWORKS Product Certifications to boost your resume/CV.
Your Key Success Factors
Actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent for the duration of the internship
Maintain a minimum GPA 3.0
Demonstrate an interest in a work environment comprised of a mix of both Engineering and Business topics
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented work skills.
Possess strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
Possess strong organizational skills and detail orientation
Demonstrate proficiency the various software tools/products including:
- Microsoft Office products, including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- SOLIDWORKS software, certification is a plus.
- Social media tools, including: LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook and blogging tools
- Video creation skills (screen capture videos and others) is a plus
