We are currently looking for a Solution Sales Executive who will help to aggressively grow our business. This position will be responsible for generating business opportunities and closing sales with new enterprise accounts. Using a consultative sales approach, you will be adept at understanding the needs and process pains of the customer and then work with Beyondsoft Business Leaders to craft winning proposals for long-term, value-add solutions. By partnering with Business Leaders, Marketing, and Sales Development you will drive aggressive business growth primarily in Managed/Outsourced Services, Service Desk, Data Analytics, and AI/Machine Learning.
- Become knowledgeable of various client Industries, business needs and organizational structure, and document the information in the Sales/Account Plan.
- Compete aggressively and proactively to win new accounts.
- Engage with decision makers at enterprise-size clients to develop and grow business partnerships.
- Own opportunities from start to close.
- Generate and develop your own leads.
- Map customer business needs to Beyondsoft solutions/services providing a differentiating value proposition.
- Participate in sales meetings and other business activities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.
- Work closely with Business/Sales Leaders, Sales Development, and Marketing to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proven experience building customer relationships in enterprise sales (B2B).
- Strong understanding of technology business drivers, emerging trends, and their impact on customer opportunities.
- Proven track record of closing deals $3M+ in size for delivery of managed services or multi-year professional services engagement, preferably within one or more of the following areas: Cloud, IT Service Desk, Business Service Desk, DevOps, Data Analytics, and/or AI/Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of beating quotas and goal achievement.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate with C-level executives daily.
- Client focused leader with strong follow-through and ability to deliver exceptional results.
