|Space Planning and Logistics Manager|
|Job Details:|| The Space Planning and Logistics Manager is responsible for planning, developing, establishing and controlling methods, procedures, and systems designed to increase overall effectiveness of facility and space utilization management including but not limited to development of test fits, space plans, schedules, budgets and scope documents. Coordinates with department leaders, architects, project managers and key facilities management personnel to coordinate the moves/adds/change process. |
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience/Training: Minimum of seven years experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity. Prior experience as a Space planner or proven work experience in, facility planning, space planning, facility utilization, program and project management for a large campus environment preferred.
Skills: Solid communication skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a team of associates. Demonstrated proficiency at planning and managing complex and/or ambiguous projects, prioritizing and managing conflicting demands. Excellent analytical, problem solving, strategic thing and decision-making skills with high degree of urgency.
