Responsible for screening and assessing patients and developing a comprehensive plan of care for patients referred to speech therapy for speech/language and/or swallowing deficits. Provides follow-up treatment consistent with program guidelines. Advocates for quality care in the implementation and coordination of services within the program and through other resources.
