The Store Manager will oversee an assigned location and must have a passion for technology and customer service. The Store Manager is responsible for executing personal sales, supporting the employees and ensuring goals for each store are attained and exceeded.
To be successful in this position you’ll be required to stay up-to-date on the latest devices andtechnology and understand how to match customer needs and wants with solutions.
You must be self-motivated and results driven with a commitment to creatingthe best possible experience for our customers. You must have excellent sales skills and the ability tocoach and develop others. It is also important that you have excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills as well as outstanding interpersonal skills. It’s important that you’re highlycomfortable in a fast-paced, constantly changing, competitive environment.
· At least one year of management or supervisory experience
· Two years sales/customer service experience
· Commission sales experience is preferred
· Proven track record of leading a successful team
· Motivated to learn and able to think on your feet
· Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
