Title: Senior, Acquisition Program Logistician

Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Acquisition Program Logistician supporting the Test and Training Division, AFLCMC/EBY, which consists of F-16 Full Scale Aerial Target (QF-16), Air Force Subscale Aerial Target (AFSAT), Target Control System (TCS), Common Range Integrated Instrumentation System (CRIIS) and the P5 Combat Training System (CTS). Their mission is to provide integrated test and training capabilities. In this role, you will serve as the QF-16 System Program Office (SPO) representative for an aircraft conversion program at Boeing’s Cecil Field, FL location.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensures communication and cooperation between the SPO, Boeing, and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA)
Facilitates and suggests resolution regarding contractor and SPO concerns involving logistics support, product quality, process capability, production schedule, GFE support, and manufacturing issues
Generates and reports relevant production metrics on production, manufacturing, schedule, and GFP/supply to satisfy QF-16 SPO concerns
Collaborates with DCMA and field concerns or improvements regarding communications, O&As, quality, and reporting
Identifies, understands, measures, and analyzes contractor processes in relation to contractual requirements to determine adequacy, and maintainability throughout the product life cycles, and to promote continuous process and quality improvement
- Associate's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Effective communication skills both orally and in writing
- Must understand acquisition logistics and support functions (such as GFE, Supply, and Warranty support)
- Understanding of aircraft conversion projects and F-16 knowledge regarding flight control, landing gear, and ACIU preferred
- Secret clearance
- US Citizen
- Must be able to travel as required (approx. 15%) and able to rent/operate rental cars while on travel
