Works well with all facets of customer service and administrative departments. Must be an independent thinker and likes to work independently. High volume of self initiated customer interaction and phone contact, create and maintain spreadsheets for meter change eligibility, process service orders; work with field personnel to resolve issues.
Water utility experience preferred or recent work in industrial/mechanical field. SAP/CRM, strong analytical review skills, good customer service skills, documents actions with accuracy, independent thinker, works well with team members, takes pride and ownership of work. Ability to understand and follow strict regulatory rules and time lines. Advanced Microsoft Office skills; specifically Excel
STRONG General office & clerical skills needed, pleasant demeanor, PROMPT, good attendance record and above average phone and interpersonal skills. Advanced Microsoft Office products knowledge; including Excel.
