Responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining applications within the Cardiology suite of applications for the Cooper Health system.
Extensive experience working with Cardiology applications required, specifically as a Cardiology PACS administrator or analyst. Experience supporting cardiology imaging hardware and software including servers, workstations, storage platforms, and connectivity of DICOM devices required. Change Healthcare (McKesson) experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of imaging workflows, DICOM, DICOM Modality Worklist, voice recognition applications, and HL7 required.
Knowledge of workstation hardware, operating systems, server environments, network architecture, and active directory.
Additional experience with Epic and Radiology imaging or workflows a plus. Additional ancillary clinical applications also welcomed such as: GE Muse, Dragon, and ASOBGYN.
Participation in a scheduled 24x7 On-Call support model
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Epic EMR experience preferred
Experience in Healthcare IT required.
Minimum 5 years hospital based IT experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Experience in healthcare information technology with solid knowledge base of relational databases, programming and file structure creation and transfer preferred.
