Sr. Digital Business Analyst, AWS WebsiteDESCRIPTIONAmazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced, highly-motivated Sr. Business Analyst to help tackle some of the industry's most exciting digital challenges, and build a world class web analytics program drives insights to improve the consumer digital experience on the AWS marketing website.We are looking for a highly analytical person with enterprise level experience building and-or running a web analytics program to join the AWS Website team. The Sr. Digital Business Analyst will play an important role on the Website team by providing effective insights to understand the customer journey on the website and optimize the website for customer success. This will include working hand-in-hand with A-B testing PMs, directly with members of the AWS Website team as well as stakeholders across the organization including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Customer Success, and more.Preference for Seattle, WA or Salt Lake City, UT but open to these additional locations: virtual - location U.S. Relocation to Seattle from within the U.S. offered.ROLES .and.amp; RESPONSIBILITIES* Analyze, and educate stakeholders how to analyze, A-B tests using testing methodology and make recommendations for iterations or targeting* Work with website Product Managers and Marketing Managers to understand business goals, define digital KPI, and provide reporting and insights* Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to develop a suite of enterprise and operational reports available across large disparate data sources* Proactively explain the 'why' in addition to the 'what' while educating business stakeholders on insights* Work closely with Marketing technical and tag management teams to ensure data collection meets requirements and scales appropriately. Ideal candidate needs to understand web analytics tagging, data collection and processing* Propose and implement processes, standards and governance to keep running our business efficiently and effectively* Drive web analytics education and adoption across organizations that are at different analytics maturity levelsThe successful candidate with be a strong communicator who thinks creatively and strategically, and must understand how to tie digital analysis directly to business goals. The candidate must be comfortable with balancing strategic thinking with tactical, detailed execution while working independently. Candidate must be comfortable sorting through ambiguously defined problems, in a highly matrixed enterprise level organization, and identifying opportunities for our customers.
