Design and lead the implementation of a Planning, Production processes and Manufacturing Execution strategy/solution based on Global Design Model (GDM). In depth understanding of end to end Planning processes, Production Processes and Manufacturing execution, identify the gaps and support design & development of solutions in collaboration with the EA IT team. Identify and carryout improvements in the SIOP process, demand planning, Inventory Optimization, Production Planning, Production processes & Shop floor controls. Should understand type pf productions, planning strategies and good in depth understanding of Master Data. Closely work with IT Business partners, IT COE’s and business super users to evaluate business problem statement, analyze, articulate and lead end to end solution development and roll outs. Lead the planning & manufacturing initiative together with ISC program and project managers. Contribute to project risk management at Idea stage and throughout the project, making plans to mitigate them and communicate to Project Manager. Lead functional workshops, ensuring GDM is adopted and communicated effectively.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of business requirements and translate them into project plans that provide competitive advantage. Assure Project Management provides an exceptional user experience, while being compliant, on time, within budget and schedule
+ Work with Enterprise IT functional team to fully understand the global template for Planning and Manufacturing SAP.
+ Gather and consolidate business requirements in the planning area.
+ Create and update functional process documentation: designs, specifications, etc.
+ Support Project Managers & COE’s regarding functional aspects of the project
+ Analyze enterprise business drivers to determine corresponding change requirements
+ Develop a solution strategy on the evolution of the enterprise application from current to future state
+ Coordinate solution architecture implementation and modification activities
+ Document all solution architecture design and analysis work
+ Work closely with the project office to ensure alignment of plans with what is being delivered.
+ Be a champion of the CPS solution in Planning area and assist in change management activities
+ Capture, assess and prioritize key business requirement gaps from all sites that are part of a deployment project
+ Reconcile differences between business unit processes and lead the team to consensus
+ Empowered to make decisions driving to the best business process to keep project moving forward within the Global Template
+ Educate process leadership on the benefits of the “To-Be” design and the change implications for their organization.
+ Work with SBU process owners during the deployment process to ensure business ownership throughout the program
+ Map Global User profiles to local business roles in coordination with Super Users and Functional Security Point of contact
+ Ensure that all users can operate new business process effectively with minimum impact to the business.
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
+ Minimum of 5 years in PP / QM / APO
+ Cross functional knowledge in Advance Planning tools, Quality Management, Warehouse Management, Digitation etc.
+ SAP Certifications in PP / QM / APO / SCM
+ Hands on experience/knowledge working with ISC Planning applications
+ Demonstrated leadership skills
+ One or more years working experience in cross functional teams
+ Significant progressive leadership experience with Lean Manufacturing expertise
+ IBP/VMI/SNP/ S4 HANA experience, knowledge of any other planning application will be an added advantage
+ Strong leadership, project and change management skills
+ Strong problem solving and financial analysis skills
+ Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers
+ Time management, organization, and prioritization skills
+ Financial modeling ability
