A desire to discuss and debate technology solutions • Have experience working as a critical resource on project teams • Ability to assemble and clearly present technical information to non-technical people • Ability to work in a fast-paced, often changing, sometimes ambiguous environment • Detail-oriented • Good organization skills; balance multiple priorities successfully • Understanding of business risk & financial impact of technical decisions • McDonald's business experience/restaurant experience preferred **State:** Illinois **Responsibilities:** **Responsibilities** · Evolve into the role of subject matter expert of McDonald’s POS (NP6, NP#, Kiosk # and Digital) platform. · Provide technical L3 support for Technical Seed Stores · Facilitates "hands-on" solution installation, testing and lab setup including working with global teams to assist in testing and configuration efforts · Coordinate and/or execute plans to ensure that technical solutions meet the needs of the business. · Creates and/or reviews manuals, how-to procedures and related user documentation.
