About the Job
Array Networks (www.arraynetworks.com), is looking for a successful Sr. Director of Marketing to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, the Marketing Director will play an integral role in launching Array’s zero-trust product line – a new approach to secure access that trades traditional VPN access for a decentralized, application-centric access that emphasizes device and user identity and a seamless end-user experience. Responsibilities include corporate and product marketing, branding, strategic positioning and overseeing multi-channel marketing programs that grow brand awareness, provides a steady flow of leads and measures ROI for marketing programs. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive and strategically aligned marketing plan
- Prioritize GTM efforts via a thorough segmentation, targeting and positioning process
- Lead PR and analyst relations efforts within the zero-trust network access segment
- Launch a new corporate Web presence with strategic positioning and messaging
- Manage the creation of marketing collateral and sales support tools
- Orchestrate integrated search engine marketing, advertising, direct mail, social media, tradeshows and other campaigns to generate demand and sales leads
- Manage and optimize marketing budget across all services and programs
- Be accountable for measuring and reporting on campaign results
- Enhance CRM and marketing automation processes and technologies
- Conduct research and evaluation of vendor solutions and manage relationships
- Work directly with sales and channel partners to support their efforts
- Manage and motivate team of highly skilled marketing and sales professionals
- Maintain knowledge of marketing trends, developments, and best practices
Job Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in business and/or technology, MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in a marketing management position
- Technical proficiency in the areas of networking, security and virtualization
- Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
- Strong project management and performance measurement skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Able to compile and analyze performance data to develop metrics that support decision-making for resource allocation and subsequent campaigns
- Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, with an emphasis on cloud-based sales and marketing tools
- Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
