In this reporting/analytics project managementconsulting role you will need to excel at communicating effectively with clinical and financial SMEs, and develop visual, actionable analytical reporting dashboard solutions. You will be writing queries from scratch across the gamut of Epic Clarity tables and some Caboodle data models. You will need to quickly assimilate the inventory of existing self-service analytics solutions so you can add unique new knowledge and no re-invent knowledge already developed. You will need to adhere to the SDLC methodology, and develop output with a similar look and feel of the established templates and style. Respect for and collaboration with peers and customers is paramount. Your ability to enhance current processes and templates is welcome if it progresses toward the best of class analytics and management vision.
- EpicCertifications or Equivalent experience: Cognito data warehouse.
- Crystal Reports: must be able to read Crystal.
- Caboodle experience and certification required. If not already certified you will need to get certified on your own time.
- Visualization (e.g. Tableau, etc.) experience not required but is a plus.
- Slicer Dicer visualization experience desired.
- Other pluses: Customer engagement and technical Epic knowledge; strong personnel and stakeholder management skills.
