Your timing could not be better. We are onboarding new client programs and hiring to fill a key Sr. Inventory Analyst position at our Fremont, CA headquarters location.
As an ALOM Sr. Inventory Analyst you will fill a critical operational and inventory control role. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all inventory transactions and analyzing all inventory discrepancies. It will be your responsibility to maintain inventory accuracy and manage the cycle count program, including managing material flow, location optimization, reporting and providing analytical support for all material transactions. You must be detail oriented and a creative problem solver who can successfully multi-task, troubleshoot, and address multiple inventory related priorities with accuracy and on-time completion. Excellent communications and organizational skills are needed to work effectively across all functional departments.
We are seeking an AA level graduate (or equivalent experience) with 3 years of inventory control experience in a high transaction volume production environment supporting multiple customer-assembly and fulfillment programs. The successful candidate must be process and detail oriented, and possess an advanced level of Windows, Microsoft Office and Manufacturing Resources Planning (MRP) systems experience, to monitor and analyze data and create daily, weekly and monthly reports on a timely basis.
