Located in the Chicagoland area, the Sr. Manager – Product Service Marketing has commercial responsibility for a ~$15M global business that is a leader in the calibration & repair of Quality Assurance devices used in hospitals and imaging centers worldwide. Reporting to the VP of Marketing at Fluke Health Solutions, the Sr. Manager – Product Service Marketing must be a proven growth leader that can provide both strategic direction and flawless tactical execution to enable accelerated growth that exceeds the market and competition.
+ Lead the Product Service Business Unit strategic planning, competitive strategy, product planning & development plan, and product marketing. All plans should consider financial impact and likelihood of success given market and technology factors
+ Work with the global service teams (key locations in Glenwood, IL and Billdal, Sweden) to develop short, medium, and long-term global share gain strategies which are aligned with business financial goals. Work with team to ensure that most attractive opportunities are prioritized accordingly.
+ Develop product roadmaps and execute against them, working closely with a global, cross functional team; deliver breakthrough product offerings, using creative solutions to develop service packages that differentiate Fluke health Solutions from the competition
+ Formalize the deployment of the service offering globally, driving consistency in pricing strategy, modernizing the deployment & maintenance of the service offering portfolio, and developing and monitoring KPIs to ensure progress against key metrics
+ Conduct analysis of product performance, penetration, market trends, competitor products, brand awareness and “voice of customer” research to guide the company’s service strategy and market segmentation
+ Proactively explore insights, trends, observations, influences that have an impact on the industry, company’s customers to create actionable market segmentation systems and strategies to grow the business
+ Effectively develop and manage product pricing, promotions and new product introduction programs across worldwide markets, coordinating the activities of business unit, marketing and sales personnel in domestic and overseas field offices. Ensure that marketing content and programs developed at headquarters is efficiently disseminated and executed in all global markets
+ Partner with Sales in order to develop successful go-to-marketing, promotions and sales support materials. Provide benchmarking and the sharing of best practices across the regions to ensure organization is current on all available resources, expertise and emerging trends relative to the function and within the sector
+ Aid in the development of the FHS strategic plan and support M&A due diligence activities as needed

SPECIFIC JOB SKILLS REQUIRED:
+ Demonstrated ability to manage the product lifecycle including defining and bringing new products to a global marketplace

+ A demonstrated track record of taking ideas from concept to execution
+ A passion for a customer-driven ideation and new product development processes
+ A demonstrated track record of experimentation and agile approach to NPI
+ International experience preferred
+ Ability to travel up to 25%
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
+ minimum 5 years of progressive experience, preferably for health related companies, including a minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial role
+ Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business Management or related preferred
+ MBA preferred
