| Hours: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Must have excellent customer service skills. Good PC skills. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Mathematical and filing skills. Ability to use office machines and technical equipment. Responsibilities: Provides operations functions hospitality/day porter functions. May also assist in Mail Room support and services, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance. QC and final check, housekeeping, May performs various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. Performs other duties as assigned. | |||||
