We seek Multi-Channel Marketer for the US CAR T Franchise. This position is a member of the US CAR T Marketing Team based in Seattle, WA. Job Summary: The Senior Product Manager (SPM) of Multi-Channel Marketing - CAR T Franchise will report to the Director of CAR T Franchise Shared Services and play an integral role in the successful launch of all CAR T cell therapy candidates within the franchise, beginning with liso cel in DLBCL and bb2121 in multiple myeloma. The SPM will lead the development of the multi-channel promotional tactics and media strategies while partnering closely with HCP Promotions Marketing teams for both brands to gain alignment on tactical development, execution, and success metrics. In addition, the SPM will be the brand leader for the US CAR T category marketing strategy and campaign for the cell therapy franchise. Job Description: + Lead the development and successful execution of differentiating and compelling product tactics - driven by brand strategic imperatives and market insights gained from field and market research - including multi-channel media programs, digital, and interactive websites for all audiences + Grow and manage the US CAR T category awareness brand through alignment with corporate and global communications, brand and franchise strategic imperatives, and target audience needs. Execute brand awareness through multi-channel and digital marketing tactics and support individual brand needs regarding category awareness as needed. + Collaborate with various stakeholders: + Internal partners: medical, legal, regulatory, corporate communications, patient operations, IT, BAI, commercial operations, global marketing, MM and Lymphoma digital marketing + External partners: Agency of record, media agency, digital agency + Manage assigned budget and resources, insuring their ethical, targeted allocation toward maximizing return on investment + Support the development of launch planning strategies + Ensure brand and franchise consistency + Partner and support activities related to patient communications and multi-channel marketing efforts as needed + Attend professional conferences as needed + Participate in other brand-related planning and budgeting efforts including 1-Year Tactical Plan, Quarterly Business Reviews, and 3-Year Brand Plan where applicable Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements: + Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, decision-making capabilities, and demonstrated problem-solving skills + Strong project management skills + Demonstrated record of successful leadership of, and collaboration with, cross-functional teams + Strong communication skills including an ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and processes to others + Adaptive and agile learner + Extensive scientific knowledge and aptitude + Professional poise and strong business acumen + Proven ability to interact and collaborate with internal & external stakeholders at all levels + Executive presence with ability to negotiate and improvise to accomplish business objectives + Awareness and ability to comply with all laws, regulations, and policies that govern the conduct of activities Basic Qualifications: + BA/BS degree required with at least 3-6 year of biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or advertising experience + Problem solving skills and multi-tasking experience are critical + Self-starter who functions well in entrepreneurial, results-oriented, small company environment + Experience developing, executing, and refining multi-channel media programs + Proven ability to successfully work in a cross functional team setting (clinical, medical affairs, sales, managed markets, regulatory, legal, corporate communications, patient operations, program management, etc.) + Demonstrates high ethical and professional standards with business contacts in order to maintain Celgene's excellent reputation within the biotech community + Excellent communications and presentation skills, strong business acumen, analytical orientation, and ability to influence others + Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues + Ability to travel 20-30% Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in launching biotech or pharmaceutical products + Oncology and/or hematology experience preferred + Experience working on patient/consumer programs + Marketing product management experience for a biotech or pharmaceutical product Our US CAR T Franchise team is situated in the bustling South Lake Union district of Seattle and sits among some of the most visible organizations in the world.
