Its focus is optimizing the medication use process while ensuring patient safety\.**Summary:**We’re looking for a go\-getter with a passion to grow in the marketing communications field, who’s willing to learn and take initiative, is hungry to make a meaningful contribution to the team\. Someone who will be a well\-rounded team player, who can support our diverse initiatives, partner with the team and be our go\-to person to get things done\.As part of the US Region Communications team, you will be responsible for communications coordination and execution in support of the team’s goals\. You’ll have an opportunity to actively develop and implement a variety of internal and external communications encompassing content, messaging, and overall look and feel\. You will take part in developing a stronger and more consistent set of communication tools and vehicles for the MMS sales team, and be responsible for supporting the enhancement of existing stakeholder communication\.**Key Responsibilities**+ Manage key sales and customer communications initiatives including strategic development of customer newsletter and oversight of weekly internal sales and marketing update \(SAMU\)\.+ Develop and deliver sales tool training curriculum for new hires as part of sales onboarding program; assess and develop refresher materials as needed to support current sales team\.+ Lead ongoing enhancement and content management initiatives for MMS Customer Portal+ Establish and maintain internal calendars of communications, events and announcements\.+ Develop processes for efficiently managing & streamlining customer & sales comm activities\.+ Identify new opportunities to enhance communication with customers and sales, leveraging current communication channels with innovation and creativity, and executing tactics for delivering key messages and information in a timely fashion\.+ Contribute to additional marketing projects such as rebrand activities, sales tool development and digital marketing as appropriate to support the team’s needs\.**Qualifications & Competencies**+ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or Journalism+ 3 years minimum professional experience\. Experience in medical device and/or regulated industries is highly desirable\.+ Demonstrates intermediate knowledge of marketing disciplines and concepts\.+ Highly polished writing and editing skills, strong presentation and verbal communication skills \- generated through critical attention to detail\.+ Demonstrated proficiency in: project management, planning, execution, time\-management and follow\-through skills\.+ Strong team member able to communicate effectively and work extremely well with complex multidisciplinary teams\.+ Ability to collaborate/establish rapport & relationships with business partners/internal stakeholders\.+ Personal characteristics: collaborative, dynamic, team player, detail\-oriented, critical thinker, self\-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful \- "will figure it out", customer\-focused\.+ Must excel in fast\-paced, rapidly evolving environments\.
