Acara Solutions has an exciting opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator in our branch office in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsible for assisting recruiting personnel with various administrative duties as directed by Company. Position may be located at branch or customer site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with employee on-boarding & off-boarding, orientation, and other employee issues, including tax forms, workers compensation reports, benefits administration, address changes, and vacations, etc.Coordinate the completion of new start paperwork, ensuring it is accurate and completed in a timely mannerPayroll responsibilities may include assisting with contractor time sheets; submitting expenses and per diems; making payroll corrections; processing rate changes and discounts; setting up direct deposit; and releasing and invoicing time sheets, expenses, and bonusesCommunicate regularly with branch and corporate personnel regarding payroll changes and other employee administrative issuesMay process and track customer required drug testing and security clearance paperwork as required by customer
Other Duties:Establish and maintain internal and external customer relationships through frequent contact and branch activitiesMay assist with recruiting as neededSenior Staffing Coordinator may also be responsible to train and mentor other staffComply and adhere to all ISO policies and proceduresSubmit periodic reports to management as requestedResponsible for various other administrative duties as directed by Company
Required Skills / Qualifications: Associate’s degree1 year of experience working in an office environment1 year of experience using MS Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilityPresent a positive and professional image
